SUBSTANCE: method includes laying current-carrying rod in slot of carbon unit and locking it there; projecting portion of said rod is coated with heat-insulating material possessing low degree of blackness less than 0.3 and low thermal conductivity factor less than 0.2 W/mK; coat is applied by spraying; its thickness ranges from 2 to 4 mm.
