FIELD: rock-breaking tools for drilling under complicated geological conditions and productive horizon with use of hydroacoustic mud injection. SUBSTANCE: hydroacoustic drill bit includes body with flushing conduits, feet, rock-breaking elements, unit generating hydroacoustic waves coming in the form of vortex chamber with tangentially directed inlet nozzles, conical wave reflector and hydroacoustic branch pipe. Unit generating hydroacoustic waves is equipped with chamber with tangential inlet conduits used for preliminary swirling of flow mounted above vortex chamber. Tangential inlet conduits of chamber for preliminary swirling of flow and tangential inlet nozzles of vortex chamber are directed similarly. Employment of drill bit of proposed design makes it possible to open productive horizons preserving natural productivity of pool and to raise markedly technical-and-economic index of drilling of deep wells.
