FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, methods of development of nonuniform oil pools. SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of one injection and several producing wells on nonuniform region of oil pool. All wells are hydrodynamically intercommunicated. Injected into injection well is displacing agent at formation pressure ensuring operation of producing wells located in zone of high water permeability under flowing conditions. Displacing agent is injected at pressure ensuring equal rates of oil withdrawal from region zones with low and high permeability. Formation fluid is withdrawn from producing wells using means of mechanization. Oil from flowing wells is directed by gravity to annular space of gathering wells, from which oil is transferred to oil gathering main.
