FIELD: aircraft; starting pumps of fuel systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed pump has housing, drive shaft installed in housing, eccentric secured on drive shaft, working cylinders installed in housing radially relative to drive shaft, spring-loaded pistons arranged in working cylinders for reciprocating and provided with step bearings engaging with drive shaft eccentric, channels to feed working liquid into cylinders and pressure union connected with common cylinder liquid outlet manifold. Ring projections are made on ends of pistons pointed to drive shaft. Ring chambers are made in cylinder housing from side of drive shaft to accommodate ring projections of pistons installed for reciprocation. Pump is furnished with liquid flow selector system installed at pump outlet and providing delivery of high-pressure liquid into cylinder ring chambers. At preset speed of drive shaft, liquid acts onto ring projections of pistons shifting the pistons to extreme position in which pump stops operating without interruption of drive shaft rotation.
