FIELD: pipeline fitting, namely, gas mains in compressor station. SUBSTANCE: valve includes housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes. In pass-through duct of housing rotary plate of valve and hydraulic rotary buffer are arranged. Dividing partition and rotary vane are arranged in buffer body. Working cavities of buffer are defined by means of dividing partition and rotary vane and they are mutually communicated through controlled throttle device. Axle of rotary vane of buffer is joined with axle of rotary plate of valve. Hydraulic buffer includes additional compartment whose low point is placed over upper generatrix of inner diameter of buffer body and through calibrated openings it is communicated with working cavities of hydraulic buffer; upper point of said compartment is joined with outlet chamber of valve housing. Invention allows to enhance reliability, to increase useful life period of non-return rotary valves with hydraulic buffer due to equalizing pressure values on packing separating buffer liquid and gas and due to prevention of buffer liquid leakage caused by change of its temperature.
