FIELD: storage and distribution of liquefied gases. SUBSTANCE: plant has double-walled reservoir, hatch, protective casing accommodating hatch cover, shutoff valves, safety valves and initial section of pipeline. Intrawall space of vessel is filled up with inert gas. Instruments for automatically monitoring upper and lower pressure limits of inert gas are connected to intrawall space and hermetic casing. Tube space of pipeline made double-walled in some sections consists of several sections insulated from each other. Sections are interconnected by closing sections with cut-off cocks. Inner space of hermetic protective casing is connected by channel with cut-off cock to intrawall space of double-walled reservoir to form common space filled up with inert gas between inner space of hermetic protective casing and between common intrawall space of reservoir and pipeline. EFFECT: improved safety of plant, possibility of localizing hydrocarbon gas leakages at seal failures. 23 cl, 2 dwg
