FIELD: storage and distribution of gases and liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage or distribution of gases or liquids and can be used for gas supply of buildings, industrial, communal and agricultural consumers with possibility of delivery to consumer both liquefied gas and in gaseous form. Inner cylindrical vessel is mounted inside outer vessel on stiffness ribs so that it is possible to form heat-insulating gap between walls of outer and inner vessels. Liquefied gas is pumped through the inlet pipeline into the inner vessel below the level of the overflow protection valve, and from the inner vessel liquefied gas is supplied through the additional outlet pipeline to the consumer of liquefied gas. On external vessel there are pipeline "metal-polymer" transitions for sealing of inlet-outlet pipelines. Inside the internal vessel and on the lower pipeline of the message the evaporators are mounted.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility to use more thin-wall structure for internal alloyed steel vessel, which reduces weight of its design; besides, the invention provides the possibility of the consumer delivery of both liquefied gas and gas in the gaseous state.
