FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of tank cars used for transportation of LHG. Plant for draining of LHG from tank car (1) is equipped with angular fill-discharge valves (6 and 7), angular valve for LHG (8) vapour bleed and feed, fill-discharge pipes (4) and a pipe for LHG (5) vapour bleed and feed. It includes tank car (12) to intake said LHG. Tank car (12) incorporates fill-discharge valves (34 and 35), angular valve for LHG bleed and feed valves (36) and bleed and feed pipes (37). Besides, it comprises tank car (13) for displacing fluid with its equalizing pipeline inlet (40) connected to valve (8) of tank car (1) and outlet coupled with valve (82) of tank car (12). Bypass pipeline (38) is connected by its inlet to valve (7) of tank car (1) and by its outlet with valve (36) of tank car (12). Pressure pipeline (15) is connected by its inlet to valve (13) of tank car (1) and by its outlet with valve (6) of tank car (1). Pipeline (15) is provided with LHG check valve (22) and valves (21) and (17) fitted at the section between valve (22) and tank car (13). Displacing fluid pump (20) can develop pressure of at least 2.5 MPa. Pump inlet is connected to suction line (39) provided with check valve (16) and inlet located nearby tank car bottom (13) and outlet connected to pipeline (15) at the section between valves (21) and (17) via valve (30).

EFFECT: emptying of emergent tank cars, gassing at emergency sites, stationary operating conditions without application of expensive compressors and liquid nitrogen.
