FIELD: production of building materials, in particular, Portland cement, lime. SUBSTANCE: the heat exchanger has a sealed body accommodating a fire grate consisting of a set of endless chains, each stretched on two sprockets positioned at the opposite ends of the chain and fixed on the driven and drive shafts. The shafts are installed on supports outside the body. The fire bars of the fire grate are hinge-joined on the chains through axles. The carrying and return runs of the fire grate are supported by additional sprockets tightly fitted on the shafts, whose supports are located outside the body. The loading bin with a gate is positioned behind the cold end of the heat exchanger. The cavity above the fire grate is divided by a number of lateral partitions adjoining from the top the body ceiling, and forming gaps above the fire grate in the lower part. Rotary doors with actuating mechanisms are installed in the gaps. The chambers of the cavity above the fire grate, formed by the lateral partitions, are interconnected by gas conduits and connected to the gas conduit connecting the cavity under the fire grate to the electrostatic precipitator. All the gas conduits are provided with doors, having actuating mechanisms. One thermocouple is installed in each chamber, as well as in the cavity under the fire grate and in the gas conduit running to the electrostatic precipitator. An energized electrode grid is installed in the last chamber in the direction of flow of exhaust gases. EFFECT: enhanced durability of ready-made product, enhance capacity of the assembly. 1 dwg
