Abstract RU 2187045 C2

FIELD: testing facilities. SUBSTANCE: device consists of hermetically sealed combustion chamber accommodating end burning fuel sample placed inside armored cup and light conduit with row of holes. Light conduit is installed along cup axis with inlet and outlet from side of open and heat-insulated ends of fuel sample. Geometric axes light conduit holes are square to geometric axis of light conduit. Light conduit is made of material transparent in visible spectrum and sublimating in burning zone. Radiation detector is installed opposite to outlet end of light conduit. Device includes also photoamplifier and recorder with time marker. Microdose of chemical composition of alkaline group additional element, volume from 0.0001 to 0.001 cm3, is fitted in each hole of light conduit, and monochromatic filter with transmission wave length equal to length of wave of saturated central part of resonant spectrum line of additional element is installed between outlet end of light conduit and radiation detector. EFFECT: possibility of changing burning rate at any degree of nonuniformity of burning process and obtaining maximum number of measurements of burning rate at one test. 2 dwg
