FIELD: thermal engineering; kitchen-ranges for public catering establishments. SUBSTANCE: kitchen-range has body that mounts table top, four burners arranged in one horizontal plane, each connected to power supply, two panels mounting mode-of-operation switches for burners, and adjusting bolts. Body accommodates brackets with holes designed to receive pins; they are secured to two opposite walls inside body. Each burner is placed in its respective box mounted on one side of body and on respective bracket by means of pins and on other side it rests on two adjusting bolts provided in body beam parallel to its walls mounting the brackets. Each box is mounted on its respective pin and held in position relative to respective pin by means of adjusting bolts. Each adjusting bolt, in its turn, has slide block mounted on respective pin of adjusting bolt screwed into box with its end engageable with slide block and two locking screws turned into slide block and used to hold box tight against slide block.
