ELECTRIC KITCHEN-RANGE AND ITS OVEN CABINET Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: electric home appliances. SUBSTANCE: electric kitchen-range is made in the form of two modules joined together for separation, each being disposed in its respective faced frame. First module has oven cabinet with electric heater and second one, top table with four burners, each being burner connected to power supply, and panel mounting burner mode-of- operation switches. First-module frame is mounted on legs and has at least two studs vertically secured in its top part along diagonal and provided with nuts; bottom part of second-module frame has holes to receive first-module studs. First-module oven cabinet has faced and lined door and window of two glasses mounted in a spaced relation, and also restricted-turn hinges disposed in bottom part of door; it also has working chamber and oven cabinet control panel arranged on its side. Oven cabinet working chamber is placed in casing and secured therein by means of supporting frame disposed at open end of working chamber. Heat insulation is attached to inner surface of casing to form clearance relative to outer surface of working chamber. Electric heaters are mounted outside of working chamber on top and bottom in parallel to each other and to door , their terminals being brought out to recess behind the control panel. Panel side has removable facing. Second module is provided with second panel carrying burner mode-of-operation switches and with removable facing on rear side. Each panel is mounted with its bottom part on module frame and secured thereon by means of hinges for opening forward. Characteristics of oven cabinet for electric kitchen- range are given in description of invention.
