FIELD: measurement technology; measurement of amount of water, gas and other fluid media flowing in pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: meter includes primary sensitive element made in form of turbine or impeller with magnets secured on its blades; it is mounted in tube where fluid under test flows; meter is also provided with secondary sensitive element with counting mechanism fitted with magnet; it is located on surface of tube containing first sensitive element. Specific feature of invention consists in mounting the magnets on two blades in different planes and mounting permanent of secondary sensitive element on web whose ends have teeth: one tooth is oriented onto wall of tooth profile of gear wheel mechanically connected with counting mechanism and second tooth is oriented onto point of adjacent tooth of gear wheel. EFFECT: reduced mass of sensitive element due to reduced number of magnets; enhanced sensitivity of meter. 1 dwg
