SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to electric engineering, to devices producing electric energy by means of daylight, combustion of organic substances etc. Luminous power plan comprises a solar battery feeding with electric current an oscillator that includes magnetoelectric drive, which shaft is articulated with a free-wheel unit transmitting its rotary action to mechanisms ensuring rotation of the rotor of electric power plant generator.

EFFECT: simplified actuation of the electric power generator.
