SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for counting votes. The apparatus includes a voter's desk with a panel fitted with connection elements for an electrical circuit link through which a signal corresponding to a lawmaker's vote is input, a button with a fixed position of contact plates mounted under the desk to the floor, a toggle switch connected to a power supply, a digital display and a digital display reset button.
EFFECT: high reliability of voting.
