SUBSTANCE: incoherent detector designed to detect radio signals in noise of radio communication and radio navigation receivers including those using phase or frequency keyed pseudorandom noise signals has first and second frequency mixers, phase-shifting circuit, incoherent heterodyne, first and second intermediate-frequency filters, first and second analog-to-digital converters, first and second voltage comparators, EXCLUSIVE OR circuit, NOT circuit, dividing counter, adder accumulator, digit comparator, register wherein binary code of signal presence decision is entered, and multiplexer. Detector incorporates provision of doubling the number of averaged sample items(independent in modern broadband signal receivers) within one intermediate-frequency period.
