SUBSTANCE: device comprises the following serially joined components: a replaceable attenuator, a receiver-carrier of frequency, an analog to digital converter, a unit to process parameters of a radio beacon/buoy, facilities to display and show information, a source of stable frequency. The receiver-carrier of frequency, the analog to digital converter, a unit of mathematical processing, a source of stable frequency and a power supply circuit board are structurally assembled into a single vessel, and the power supply circuit board is connected to all assemblies of the device. The device to measure technical parameters of emergency radio beacons/buoys has two modes: working: testing.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of device operation, accuracy of measurement, higher convenience of operation due to provision of the possibility to visually view measured parameters.
