FIELD: radio communications. SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device are designed for building address radio communication system in restricted frequency band for as many subscribers as possible using structural transparency of radio links with duplex communications both for digital information and for telephone communications, minimal time being required for establishing communications. Code, frequency, and time methods of channel division are used simultaneously. Device implementing this multiplexing method generates during transmission composite pseudo-noise signal whose parameters depend on subscriber to be invited for communication and device waiting for communications allocates signal addressed directly to this subscriber out of various subscribers received. Return signal is generated in response to call signal and received by calling subscriber. In this way mutual synchronization of subscribers is established with respect to pseudorandom sequence code, carrier frequency and phase, and also with respect to transmit/receive switching process. EFFECT: enhanced information density of spectrum. 2 cl, 1 dwg
