FIELD: concentration of minerals containing strong magnetic minerals, for example, magnetite or titanium-magnetite ores. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes separation magnetite-containing mineral complexes in ascending water flows under action of variable field at frequency of 2 to 20 Hz and intensity of 4 to 16 kA/m exerted on ferrosuspension; frequency and intensity of magnetic field is decreased with increase of size of material being separated and rate of ascending flow is increased.
