FIELD: mineral concentration, particularly, concentration of magnetite ores. SUBSTANCE: essence of invention consists in that, when process of concentration is carried out in several process lines, two lines are interconnected by intersecting pulp splitters. Rough concentrates of two combined lines are directed through pulp splitter to desliming with ascending water flow simultaneously with magnetic separation of outflow into one of combined lines. Thickened product of desliming is subjected to final magnetic separation of that line whose concentrate is directed for classification to hydrocyclone of other line and with obtaining outflow and sands; sands of hydrocyclone are subjected to classification on fine screens of the process line and the plus material - large-size product is classified in hydrocyclones of the line. Fine products of classification enriched in magnetite (iron) are subjected at final stage to grinding and desliming, and thickened product is directed to final stage of magnetic separation of the line. Obtained rough concentrate is combined through pulp splitter with rough concentrate of initial stages of magnetic separation. The method provides for increasing content of iron in concentrate up to 70% and withdrawal of iron into concentrate by 0.5%, and reducing specific concentrate surface to 1700 sq. cm/g and expenditures for concentration of magnetic ores down to 30%.
