FIELD: protective treatment of wood, applicable in wood- working industry in impregnation of timbers, whose length exceeds the width. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in placement of timbers in a centrifugal plant and injection of an impregnation compound into them from a plant vessel under the action of centrifugal forces. The timbers are wholly placed in the impregnation compound, in parallel with the axis of rotation, on the periphery of the vessel of the centrifugal plant. EFFECT: enhanced quality of impregnation and process capacity. 1 dwg
