FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering and is designed for creating modular transportation platforms of large capacity. It can be used to control vehicles with individual wheel electric drives. Proposed device has common turning radius and vehicle speed setters, turning radius and axle speed setters, order shaping unit, turning angle finding units, turning actuators to control angular position of corresponding wheels, wheel electric drives, control units, monitoring units, vehicle-mounted adders, vehicle-mounted non-linear elements, vehicle-mounted comparators and reference signal source. Use of proposed device provides higher maneuverability of vehicle owing to keeping constant actual speeds of vehicles operating under heavy road conditions at traction mode.
