FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed flying vehicle is provided with powerful engine (360hp) in rather light vehicle. Proposed flying vehicle has fuselage, outer wing panel, wing attachment unit, horizontal and vertical tails, engine with propeller, pylon for attachment of engine on center-wing section and three-wheeled undercarriage with nose and partially retractable wheels. Engine is so positioned that axis of propeller is located at distance of 1/4 of aerodynamic mean chord above wing plane; wing consists of center-wing section, two outer-wing panels at dihedral angle of lesser than 6 deg. and two wing tips located at angle lesser than 30 deg. from plane of outer-wing panels. Fuselage is provided with cabin at observation angle in vertical plane from -50 deg. to 80 deg. and in horizontal plane from -110 to 100 deg. at height, width and length of carbon of 1:2:3, respectively. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities. 2 cl, 3 dwg
