FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power plants with Stirling engines designed for craft operating without communication with atmosphere, for instance, deepwater apparatus and submarines. Proposed plant has Stirling engine, sea water main line connected with engine cooling circuit through cold accumulator, cryogenic fuel and cryogenic oxygen tanks, economizer, and cooling unit through which engine cooling circuit passes. Plant has heat exchanger-liquefier of remaining oxygen in exhaust gases, adsorber for freezing out CO2 and H2O installed on fuel and oxidizer main lines and exhaust gas heat exchanger-cooler through which sea water main line passes. Exhaust gas line passes successively through economizer, exhaust gas heat exchanger-cooler, adsorber and heat exchanger-remaining oxygen liquefier. Liquefied natural gas is used as cryogenic fuel. EFFECT: reduced mass and overall dimensions of plant, reduced cost of operation of submarine as a whole. 1 dwg
