FIELD: compression of gases or evacuation of vapors and oils free from admixtures. SUBSTANCE: compressor has housing, drive shaft with eccentric and antifriction bearings. Secured on pusher are two membranes forming two working chambers with valves. Pusher is made in form of sectional rigid rectangular frame with slots on opposite sides of frame. Working chambers are provided with dead space regulators made in form of threaded rings located on threaded perimeters of working chambers between them and housing. Valves of working chambers are made in form of rubber plates with two tabs. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency at simultaneous increase of outlet pressure; reduced noise level and wear. 1 dwg
