FIELD: controlling technical condition of any designation hydraulic drive. SUBSTANCE: system includes hydraulic tester provided with loading mechanisms and mounted in its housing; pickup for measuring temperature of working liquid; pickup for detecting pressure of working liquid and pickup for detecting flowrate of working liquid; revolution number pickup and unit for processing data including microprocessor connected with memory devices, control board and indicator, circuit for conversion of signals of all pickups and for introducing converted signals to microprocessor. Said circuit is provided with ultrasonic pickup and board for ultrasonic testing that converts signals of ultrasonic pickup and applies them to input of conversion circuit of data processing unit for detecting inner local leakage of working liquid in hydraulic drive and(or) mode of knocking out joints according to peak factor.
