FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used in measuring devices for determining flow rate of liquid or gaseous media using ultrasound. Ultrasonic flowmeter has shaper of pulse train 4, amplifier 5, comparator 6, input of which is connected to output of amplifier 5, meter of time intervals 7, to first input of which is connected output of shaper of pulse train 4, and to second input – output of comparator 6, and ultrasonic transducers 1, 2. It is also equipped with temperature converters 12, 13, resistance converter in time interval 11, multiplexer 3, microcontroller 8, programmable read-only memory (PROM) 9 and indicator 10, wherein outputs of temperature converters 12, 13 are connected to inputs of resistance converter in time interval 11, outputs of which are connected to third and fourth inputs of meter of time intervals 7, connected by its output to input of microcontroller 8, which is connected by one input/output to input/output of PROM 9, and by another – to personal computer by means of input-output interface RS485, and by output is connected to input of indicator 10, wherein inputs/outputs of ultrasonic transducers 1 and 2 are connected to inputs/outputs of multiplexer 3, input of which is connected to output of pulse shaper 4, and output – to input of amplifier 5.

EFFECT: design of an ultrasonic flow meter having an expanded functional and high accuracy of measurements owing to reduced drift of parameters of the measuring circuit.
