SUBSTANCE: the electric water heater has a reservoir connected to the cold water pipe-line, and heating elements placed in a perforated cylinder communicating in its lower part with the reservoir space and connected to the hot water pipe-line with the aid of a water-intake device, the water- intake device is made in the form of a hollow cone connected to the perforated cylinder, and the reservoir is connected to the warm water pipe-line. Such a water heater can operate as a consumer-regulator for regulation of the load curve of the cottage power input or supply transformer substation. EFFECT: enhanced consumer properties. 1 dwg
