SUBSTANCE: the tunnel kiln-drier has a working duct conditionally separated into the zones of drying, preparation, burning and cooling, fans for bleed-off of flue gases, heat-transfer agent from the zone of cooling, heat- transfer agent from the beginning of the drying zone, and a fan for supply of atmospheric air to the end of the cooling zone, relative system and a ventilation system of the drying zone. A fan for bleed-off of heated air from the cooling zone is installed before the fan for supply of atmospheric air, and the ventilation system of the drying zone is made in the form of a set of unified units of a forced-draught fan and pipe-lines, the units are arranged successively in length of the drying zone. EFFECT: reduced consumption of fuel at thermal treatment of pottery. 1 dwg
