FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: tunnel furnace-drier comprises working channel divided conventionally into zones of preliminary heating, drying, preparation, baking and cooling, fans of smoke gases extraction, spent coolant from drier and hot air from cooling zone, fans of cold air supply to the beginning and end of cooling zone, heating system of baking zone and ventilation system of drying zone, system of recirculation equipped with air heater mounted in zone of preliminary heating, and regenerative speed burners installed in the end of preparation zone and arranged in the form of burners mounted inside recuperators, at the same time outlets of recuperators are connected to fan of smoke gases exhaust.
EFFECT: increased quality of items and saving of fuel resources.
