FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: during preoperational survey patients are detected with cervical osteochondrosis according to cliniconeurological symptoms, additionally, a roentgenological study of cervical department of vertebral column is prescribed to determine the risk group (in case of osteophytes in uncovertebral articulations, subluxation by Kovach) with initial circulatory disorders in vertebrobasilar pool and with possible development of postnarcosis respiratory deficiency. The method enables to prescribe adequate preoperational procedure. It favors to decrease anesthesiological complications and shorten the terms of patient's staying both in revivification room and in a hospital after operative interference.
