The thickness of the diaphragm is determined at rest. The mobility of the diaphragm is determined at rest and during forced breathing. Ventilation is stopped when the preoperative values ​​of the thickness and mobility of the diaphragm are reached or exceeded, as well as if pO2 is greater than or equal to 136 mmHg, pCO2 is greater than or equal to 36 mmHg, pH is 7.43, OI is greater than or equal to 365.
