FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying antibacterial and anti- inflammatory therapy during early postoperative period. Eyeball is additionally treated with pulsating infrared low power laser radiation at 830 nm wavelength. Impulse duration 250 ns, impulse power is 5-9 W, impulse succession frequency is 100-1500 Hz. Irradiation is applied during 5-6 days for 5-6 min, 1 session per day. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course.
