FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily treating operation field. 5-7 mm long conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule incision is made in the inferoexterior eyeball quadrant 8-12 mm far from limb. Tunnel is created between the Tenon's capsule and sclera near the posterior pole of the eyeball in the projection above the macular area. An implant is set into the created tunnel near the posterior pole of the eyeball. Single interrupted suture is applied to conjunctiva. Dexozan injection with an antibiotic is carried out under conjunctiva. Ring-shaped flexible magnetic implant with laser light guide in its center is sutured to sclera and brought out through the conjunctiva vault, fixed on temporal skin and connected to laser radiation source. Magnetic field of the ring-shaped flexible magnetic implant intensity is equal to 0.5-10 mTesla units. Combined magnetic and laser radiation therapy is carried out next day after the surgical intervention applying transscleral low intensity laser irradiation in continuous or pulsating mode at 630-910 nm wavelength. Irradiation power is selected to be equal to 5 to 20 mW and exposure time of 3.5 to 6 min in the cases of continuous laser irradiation mode. Irradiation power is selected to be equal to 4 to 10 mW and impulse duration of 70 to 300 ns in the cases of pulsating laser irradiation mode. Magnetic stimulation is carried out using external rotating permanent magnetic field of 0.2-0.3 Tesla units magnetic field intensity twice a day and exposure time being equal to 3.5 to 6.5 min followed by implant removal together with the light guide after completing magnetic laser radiation therapy. Magnetic stimulation is carried out concurrently with the laser radiation treatment or immediately after the laser radiation treatment, before the laser radiation treatment. The magnetic laser radiation therapy course is 10-30 sessions long. Periodical external magnetic treatment is carried out with rotating permanent magnetic field in orbital or temporal or in combination thereof. Periodical low intensity laser radiation treatment is applied every 6-24 h. Rotating magnetic field is applied with constant or variable rotation speed. Dexozan is administered at a dose of 0.2-0.4 ml with gentamicin taken as antibiotic at a dose of 0.2-0.4 ml. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prolonged treatment effect. 7 cl
