Radiating diode operating in optical bandwidth with wavelength of 630-890 nm is placed in the laser radiation emitter center. Semiconductor radiators of visible and infrared bandwidth with wavelength equal to 400-960 nm are concentrically arranged around the radiating diode operating in optical bandwidth.
