SUBSTANCE: it is intravenously introduced 10-% perfluorane emulsion by drops, moreover, 10-15 min before such an injection premedication should be carried out including introduction of 1.0 ml relanium and 65 mg hydrocortisone. Then a patient is let to breathe with moistened oxygen through a mask at the flow of 6 l/min and after samplings for allergic reaction a 10-% perfluorane emulsion should be injected at the rate of 40 drops/min. In case the allergic reaction is absent, the injection rate should be increased in 20-30 min up to 60 drops/min. Moreover, oxygen supply is carried out during the whole period of perfluorane emulsion injection. Then, 1-3 days later, perfluorane emulsion injection should be repeated. The present innovation leads to a stable clinical recovery of an eyeball. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
