FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with injection of 15 mg cytochrome C diluted in 5.0 ml physiological solution. Then, 10-15 min before the onset of perfluorane emulsion injection one should carry out premedication including injection of 1.0 ml relanium and 65 mg hydrocortisone. Then, a patient is allowed to breathe with moistened oxygen through a mask at 6 l/min flow rate. After sampling to examine allergic reaction it is necessary to inject 10%-perfluorane emulsion at the quantity of 100 ml. Repeated course of therapy should be carried out in 1-3 d. EFFECT: more stable clinical effect.
