FIELD: medicine, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with determining the titer of specific antibodies in case of acute and chronic glanders in indirect- hemagglutination test. The method deals with applying microbes of B.mallei C-5 strain as an industrial one, isolating a specific antigenic complex with 1-% cetavlone solution, modification of erythrocytic surface with 0.005-% tannin solution. Sensitization is conducted at pH 7.0-7.2 by mixing the solution of antigenic complex and erythrocytic suspension at the rate of 100 mcg/ml 2.5-% suspension at 2-6 C with subsequent incubation for 18-20 h. The method provides to obtain a high-sensitive, specific and stable erythrocytic diagnostic kit. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. 5 tbl
