FIELD: microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical and veterinary microbiology, in particular to the problem of producing erythrocyte diagnostic test-systems on the basis of granular monoclonal antibodies, which can be used to detect antigens of the pathogen in indirect hemagglutination (IHA).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to detect effectively the antigens of the equinia originator by the IHA method, while the hemagglutination does not occur both with the closely related melioidosis originator and with heterologous microorganisms.
