FIELD: chemical industry, applicable for forced shrinkage of polymeric material. SUBSTANCE: device has a mechanism for profiling of rubber blanks, chamber for shrinkage of rubber blanks in the form of a means for production of a dynamic cushion, and a plate with holes for outlet of working substance. The chamber for shrinkage is made in the form of two ducts with elastic plates with a uniform perforation by through holes installed in the bases. The through holes are made in the form of contractions with an inclination towards the blank motion and at an angle to the plate transverse axes. The device has a vibrocomponent installed on the base and means for further thermal treatment of blanks and their location and spacing. EFFECT: enhanced universality and ability to adapt the elastic plates to various types of tread blanks. 9 dwg
