FIELD: processing of polymeric material, applicable for application of adhesive coating onto treat blanks. SUBSTANCE: the device has a chamber for producing the dynamic cushion under the treated blank and the plate with the hydraulic chamber mounted under it. The chamber is cone-shaped for turning round its axis. Made in the bearing plate is a nozzle, whose non-working base communicates with an adhesive-filled reservoir, and the non-working surface of the plate is equipped with flexible segmental membranes. The nozzle represents a through duct, whose working base in the working surface of the bearing plate has a rectangular shape, and the non-working base of the nozzle has the shape of an extracted hexagon symmetric along the longitudinal axis of the nozzle.
