SUBSTANCE: dye comprises the following components, wt.%: dispersion of copolymer of methacrylate, butacrylate and methacrylic acid, 55-70; kaolin, 5.8-10.8; talc, 5.6-10.2; titanium dioxide, 6.0-9.6; silica sol, 3.2-5.0; pigments, 0.1-2.6; alkylphenol polyoxyethyl esters as an emulsifying agent, 0.7-1.0; transformer oil, 0.5-1.0; thickening agent, 0.5-1.5; white spirit, 0.5-0.7; preserving agent thiuram D, 0.2-0.3; water, the balance to 100%. Dye ensures to obtain both high values of deformation (ε 250%) and adhesion (σ_detachmen 40 kgf/cm²) and strength indices (σ_rupture 63-65 kgf/cm²) on smooth metallic surfaces, among them, zinc-plated surfaces. Invention can be used for protection of protective-decorative coatings of metallic surfaces subjecting for pressure treatment, for example, bending, crimping, extrusion.
