FIELD: petroleum processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to vacuum distillation of preferably petroleum stock and can be used for distillation of mazut on vacuum rectification column. Process comprises supplying feedstock to the column and discharging vapor-gas medium, distillate, and residuum therefrom. Vapor-gas medium is pumped off by means of evacuation device including liquid-gas jet apparatus, gas-liquid mixture from which enters separator wherein it is separated into compressed gas and liquid phase. The latter is passed to vacuum degasser to be separated into degassed liquid and degassing gas, which is combined with vapor-gas medium. Resulting gas mixture is fed to liquid-gas jet apparatus and degassed liquid is withdrawn from vacuum degasser. Petroleum stock vacuum distillation plant comprises vacuum rectification column with vapor-gas medium withdrawal line, evacuation device including liquid-gas jet apparatus, separator, and pump. Liquid inlet of liquid-gas jet apparatus is connected to pump outlet and mixture outlet of apparatus is connected to separator having compressed gas outlet and liquid phase outlet connected to pump inlet. Plant is further provided with vacuum degasser having degassing gas outlet and degassed liquid outlet. Liquid phase inlet in vacuum degasser is linked with its outlet from separator and degassing gas outlet and line for withdrawal of vapor-gas medium from vacuum rectification column communicate with gas mixture inlet in liquid-gas jet apparatus. According to second embodiment of invention, plant is provided with gas-gas ejector and vacuum degasser having degassing gas outlet and degassed liquid outlet. Liquid phase inlet in vacuum degasser communicates with high-pressure inlet in gas-gas ejector whose low-pressure gas inlet is connected to vapor-gas medium withdrawal line issuing from vacuum rectification column and whose gas mixture outlet is connected to inlet thereof in liquid-gas jet apparatus.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and improved quality of distillation product.
