FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods and installations for creating vacuum in vacuum column of oil refining with supply of water steam into vacuum column and/or into oil stock and it can be implemented in oil processing industry to create vacuum in vacuum rectifying column of black oil fuel distillation. The method of vacuum creating consists in pumping steam-gas medium out the vacuum column by means of a gas-gaseous ejector. Steam-gas mixture is supplied into a condenser, where it is successively cooled; there is created gas mixture and condensate of steam phase. Condensate of steam phase created in the condenser is directed into an additional separator wherein condensate of steam phase is separated into water containing condensate and hydrocarbon containing condensate. Hydrocarbon containing condensate is withdrawn from the additional separator to its intended use, while water containing condensate is supplied to a steam generator by means of an additional pump, wherein heat from hot distillate withdrawn from the vacuum column is supplied to water containing condensate, thus steam is produced from condensate; steam from the steam generator is supplied to the gas-gaseous ejector as a high pressure gas. The installation is equipped with a main line of supply of oil refining distillate, with main line of withdrawal of oil or oil stock refining distillate from the installation, with the steam generator and the additional separator.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption for vacuum creating, increased vacuum depth, reduced pollution of environment and excluding consumption of water steam supplied to installation from external source.
