FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has metal chamber for bitumen with heated cock for discharge of liquid bitumen and hatch for charging bitumen in upper part of chamber, fuel combustion device in form of gas burner made for connection to gas cylinder. Bitumen chamber is enclosed by cylindrical metallic heating chamber. Fuel ignition and combustion control electronic unit has igniter, fuel feed valve, supply transformer, flame detector, sound signalling device and starting and control unit. Asbestos lining is placed between zinc-plated sheet-reflector installed along side outer wall of heating chamber and chamber proper. Lighting up port and flame check port are found in lower part of heating chamber under bottom of bitumen chamber. EFFECT: provision of fire safety of plant. 4 cl, 1 dwg
