FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: antiseismic building has three-dimensionally rigid storeys resting on lower reinforced concrete slab of building. Slab freely lies on concrete foundation plate of building. Installed between slab and plate is mechanism of seismoisolation which is made up of two layers of fluoroplastic film. Located between these two layers of film are layer of graphite powder and layer of rot-resistant rubber or of neoprene which is held in contact with lower reinforced concrete slab of building. Concrete foundation plate is provided at its corners with building displacement limiters which interact with holes made in lower reinforced concrete slab of building. Clearance left between walls of holes and building displacement limiters exceeds maximal displacement of base at earthquake. Aforesaid embodiment of antiseismic building allows for simplification of seismoisolation mechanism together with using no expensive materials in it. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg
