FIELD: earth-moving machinery. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in mining industry for overburden operations and for earth-moving operations. Proposed scraper has base single-axle prime-mover, bucket with blade, gate, rear wall, bucket lifting/lowering front and rear hydraulic mechanisms, gate lifting/lowering hydraulic mechanism, traction frame with jib, cross beam and longitudinal beams, bumper, two struts from side of bumper and rear axle with pneumatic wheels. Traction frame is made integral with rear axle, bumper and two longitudinal beams with two struts at bumper side. Longitudinal beams of traction frame are arranged higher than bucket. When scraper is in travelling position, they are parallel to upper edges of side walls of bucket and are in contact with them. Bucket lifting/ lowering front and rear hydraulic mechanism hydraulic cylinders are secured on traction frame with possibility of pulling upper edges of bucket side walls to longitudinal beams. Hydraulic cylinders of bucket lifting/lowering front hydraulic mechanism are connected to cross beam and to bucket by means of ball joints and are tilted in cross and longitudinal planes of bucket relative to vertical to ground surface.
