FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: scraper elevator comprises two mutually linked branches. The first inclined branch is arranged from an underfoot board at the angle of 40…45° to the bottom up to the upper edges of bucket side walls, and the second upper and horizontal one is arranged below the upper edges of bucket side walls and stretches from the upper sprockets of the inclined branch to the driven sprockets of the horizontal branch arranged in the area of installation of the front gate of the scraper. Under the working part of the horizontal branch and in front of the idle part of the inclined branch of the elevator and in parallel to them there is accordingly a horizontal and an inclined metal boards installed along the entire width of the bucket. To each scraper of the elevator two ribs are fixed, which are aligned in the vertical plane along the longitudinal axes of chains, the outer edges of which interact with two roller batteries installed in the vertical plane and in the angular joint of two elevator branches.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of scraper operation.
