FIELD: construction engineering; mining industry for earth-moving and overburden operations.
SUBSTANCE: proposed scraper contains base single-axle truck tractor, bucket with gate, rear and raking walls, front and rear bucket lifting-lowering hydraulic mechanisms, gate lifting-lowering hydraulic mechanisms, rear and raking walls moving hydraulic mechanisms, traction frame with trail, bumper and rear axle with pneumatic wheels. Telescopic traction frame consists of two parts, namely, front and rear frames installed for displacement of longitudinal beams of front frame inside longitudinal beams of rear frame under action of hydraulic cylinders arranged inside longitudinal beams of rear frame and secured at one side on longitudinal beams of front frame, and at other side on longitudinal beams of rear frame. Front and rear frames are provided with one cross beam, each. Front bucket lifting-lowering hydraulic mechanism and gate-lifting lowering hydraulic mechanism are secured on cross beam of rear frame. Rollers are installed on longitudinal beams of front frame in two relatively perpendicular planes for contact and rolling over inner walls of longitudinal beams of rear frame.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of scraper operation.
