FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: power complex has extraction steam turbines, heat-pump systems, peak-demand heaters, and heat networks; in addition it is provided with power generating condensing turbines combined with extraction turbines by means of common coolant circuit so that system return water currents of complex are conveyed to evaporators of heat-pump systems wherein they are cooled down and then passed in the form of single flow to exhaust-steam heat discharge system of one or more condensing steam turbines connected in series along the flow; after that single flow is distributed among extraction turbines connected in parallel along the flow wherein it is heated in waste-steam heat discharge system of extraction turbines and then in heating-system heaters; rated temperature of delivery water heated in condensing and extraction sections of complex meets design water temperature at inlet of system heaters; users supplied with heat from heat-pump systems are furnished with heat-pump stations each incorporating peak- demand heater and connected to users through its own coolant circuit. Exhaust steam heat is discharged with delivery water by means of cooling-water circuit of condenser incorporating intermediate circulating-delivery water heat exchanger so that in rated heating mode entire exhaust steam of turbine is discharged with system return water and in non-rated mode circuit is connected in addition to common process water supply system of power station.
